This week I want to talk about one of my favorite Universal Laws. This is the Law that inspired Rhonda Byrne to produce the move and write the book The Secret. As a matter of fact, this Law is so important to understand, many authors have penned best selling books with this Law as the foundation.
The Law I am referring to is the Law of Vibration & Attraction. You see, everything in the Universe is a form of energy moving at a high rate of speed. This includes you and me!
If you were to look at your hand, for example, under a powerful microscope you would see that it is a mass of molecules moving back and forth, up and down at a very high rate of speed. Absolutely everything vibrates, nothing rests.
Thought energy is one of the highest forms of energy there is. When we think a thought, it sends out a vibrational wave which has a direct impact on what we attract into our lives.
The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like. When we are thinking good, positive thoughts we are attracting good into our lives. The reverse also happens. When we are thinking negative thoughts, we are grumpy or angry, we are attracting more of the same.
Have you ever noticed when you wake up in a sour mood how it seems everything wrong goes on during the day? Have you also noticed that when you feel like you are \"on top of the world\" how wonderful the day turns out? This is the Law of Attraction at work.
The Law of Vibration & Attraction is at work100% of the time. You need to ensure you are aware of the vibration you are in at any give time of the day as this controls what you are attracting back to you. I begin each day ensuring I am thinking positive thoughts. I purposely put myself in a positive vibration for the day by thinking things that make me happy. Thinking about everything you are grateful for is a great way to put yourself in a positive vibration.
Throughout the day I stop and ask myself what I am feeling. Feeling is the word we coined to describe our conscious awareness of the vibration we are in. I call this time my \"mental time out\". I actually take the time to concentrate on my vision/my purpose. I actually get excited about it. By doing this I am sending out the vibration necessary to attract the people, events and circumstances I need in order to attain my goals. You will find that this is something every successful person does.
I also make it a point to avoid negative people and search out positive, high energy people. If I find myself face-to-face with a negative person or situation, I step aside as quickly as possible and do not internalize the negativism I encountered.
By following these simple steps yourself, you will find you will begin attracting everything you need for the accomplishment of the good you desire. I know this works. I do it every day!
As I stated before, and it is definitely worth repeating, an easy and quick way to put yourself into a positive vibration is to feel grateful for the things and circumstances you currently have in your life. You can also take gratitude a step further by feeling grateful for the good that you desire as if you have already attained it.
